Helix

Helix is a playable character in ARMS. He was announced on April 28th in a video on Nintendo's YouTube Channel. Helix is a translucent humanoid blob whose arms resemble models of DNA molecules. Out of the top of his head sprout hair-like protrusions that match the sugar-phosphate backbones of his DNA arms. If he has eyes, they are not visible under the mask he wears, which appears to be an array of small lights with two eye-like illuminated spots. He wears a harness that covers his chest and back.

Master Mummy

Master Mummy is a playable character in ARMS. He was one of the first characters announced as playable, being revealed alongside the game itself during the Nintendo Switch presentation in January 2017. Master Mummy's bulky body is mostly covered in strips of linen, which also make up his arms. His skin is violet, and his eyes have spiraled irises. He wears a one-shoulder wrestling singlet and sneakers.

Mechanica

Mechanica is a playable fighter in ARMS. She was announced alongside the game itself during the Nintendo Switch presentation in January 2017. Mechanica is the only fighter who appears fully human. Her eyes lack the spiraled irises of the other human-like fighters, and she has normal human arms. She pilots a mech that has extendable arms made of coiled metal plates and electrical cables, and she wears a form-fitting bodysuit.

Min Min

Min Min is a playable fighter in ARMS. She was announced during a Nintendo Direct on April 12th, 2017. Min Min appears mostly human except for her spiraled irises and her ramen-like hair and arms. Slices of narutomaki (a Japanese processed fish product sometimes found in ramen) are attached to the upper part of her noodle arms. When fully charged, her left noodle arm transforms into a dragon. She wears a beanie shaped like an upside-down ramen bowl, an athletic shirt, athletic shorts, calf-length leggings, and sneakers.

Ninjara

Ninjara is a playable fighter in ARMS. He was one of the first characters announced as playable, being revealed alongside the game itself during the Nintendo Switch presentation in January 2017. Ninjara appears mostly human except for his spiraled irises and his coiled chain arms. He has bright mint colored hair with a topknot styled in the shape of a four-pointed shuriken, with chain links to hold it in place. He wears a suit resembling ninja gear, goggles made out of chains, and boots.

Ribbon Girl

Ribbon Girl is a playable fighter in ARMS. She was announced alongside the game itself during the Nintendo Switch presentation in January 2017. Ribbon Girl appears mostly human except for her spiraled irises and her ribbon-like hair and arms. She wears a bow in her hair and clothes that resemble a cheerleader's uniform.

Spring Man

Spring Man is a playable fighter in ARMS. He was one of the first characters announced as playable, being revealed alongside the game itself during the Nintendo Switch presentation in January 2017. Spring Man appears mostly human except for his spiraled irises and his metallic, spring-like arms. His hair is curled to resemble a spring. He wears an athletic shirt, shorts, and sneakers.
